Calling Grandpa

Bennett is liking the phone lately. Tonight he decided to call Grandpa...

And a bonus picture from the weekend when Bennett went out to help Daddy barbeque - something we insist on using all year long!

I promise that I'll have a more serious post up soon. In the meantime though, how cute is that hat!!!

Bennett, you made my day. I'm still in my office working, and watching you on the phone and helping dad barbecue - well that just gave me all the energy I need to call it a day. Take good care - and keep on talking on the phone. Some day, you may even call your old aunt!
Love,
Auntie Bonnie

Hey Bennett,
you are just tooooooooo cute to go!I think that you take after your dad because he loves the phone too. Grampa told me all about the phone call when I got home from quilting guild. You make him feel so proud about everything you do. You do the same to me , too.
Lots of love, hugs and kisses
Grandma and Grandpa

That is the cutest video! I love how he moves his feet when Jim talks about taking off his shoes. It is so sweet how he shakes his head "no" when Jim asks if there is anything else to tell Grandpa.

That hat is adorable! Luckily we have another few months of winter so he can keep wearing it ;)

Love that darn hat....

Kasia loves the phone too though is not as well mannered as Bennett who sat so nicely for the entire conversation. Wait until he realizes how much fun it is to push buttons and hang up on people! (Kasia will teach him)
